Dopo la pausa estiva riapre il 3 settembre alle ore 18.00 la mostra LE TEMPS THEORIQUE di Elio Ticca, presso Spazio E_Emme in via Mameli 187 Cagliari.

La mostra, curata da Anna Oggiano, espone 7 oli su tavola realizzati nel corrente anno.

Elio Ticca è un artista che lavora con la pittura, la scultura e l’installation art.

Attraverso un processo di mimetismo e ricostruzione, la sua pratica mira a studiare come la rappresentazione del pathos possa essere culturalmente e concettualmente decostruita e ricostruita sotto nuove forme plastiche e visive. Le sue opere mescolano storia dell’arte e distopie futuribili, ruoli di genere e identità queer, esotismo ed esoterismo. Vive e lavora a Bruxelles.

After the summer break, the exhibition LE TEMPS THEORIQUE by Elio Ticca reopens on 3September at 6pm, at Spazio E_Emme in via Mameli 187 Cagliari.
The exhibition, curated by Anna Oggiano, displays 7 oils on panel created in the current year.
Elio Ticca is an artist who works with painting, sculpture and installation art. Through a process of mimicry and reconstruction, his practice aims to study how the representation of pathos can be culturally and conceptually deconstructed and reconstructed under new plastic and visual forms.
His works mix art history and futuristic dystopias, gender roles and queer identities, exoticism and esotericism. Lives and works in Brussels.
