Nessun boato

« Nessun boato », a solo show by Francesco Pacelli, explores chaos as an original generative principle, preceding all form and order. Inspired by a 17th-century engraving by Abraham van Diepenbeeck, the exhibition constructs a space conceived as a tabula rasa, questioning the primary forces of the cosmos, matter and its transitory nature. For the occasion, the artist has produced a series of new works, including bronze sculptures and works on panel, as well as a site-specific installation conceived in dialogue with the exhibition space.
