The Expanding Domain

For his first solo exhibition in Italy, Will Krauland presents a site-specific installation which explores sound and sculpture as mutable materials. Drawing from the sonic landscape of Parma’s historic center, dominated by the Duomo’s bells, the artist turns the space into a resonant chamber, where the volume of both sculpture and sound are manipulated, expanded, and reshaped into new forms of space and memory.
